We love pancakes made with Jiffy Pancake and Waffle Mix. G started out with the recipe on the back of the box, added a little more water, and put lots of milk chocolate chips in them and we all love them! You should see the baby after eating these!!! Me, I like to try to make stuff from scratch (much to G's distaste and I mean that literally most of the time.). I tried this recipe today because it had 400+ ratings and an average of 5 starts but compared to Jiffy it STUNK! I am starting to think that making pancakes from scratch is going to end up in the homemade Chinese pile :(
